I recently had the pleasure of staying at a serviced apartment in Inner Melbourne. the location was fantastic, with a tram stop right nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with spotless rooms and cozy beds. the service from the staff was excellent, allowing me to check in early and storing my luggage until I was ready to depart. the view from the apartment was also a nice bonus, providing a pleasant backdrop during my stay. I had a great experience at this serviced apartment.

I did notice some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom. the tiles were a bit moldy and there was dust on top of the bathroom doors.

Indoor undercover carparking

Mislead by the room picture on your website when we booked & the actual room we were allocated - you need to seriously look at this. We were lead to believe by your website pic that the room is was modern & ultra clean & minimalist interior. This was far from what we were provided, the 6 of us were very disappointed!! Dirty showers, dirty coffee machine (machine is rusted & should be thrown out, unhygienic) No top sheets on bed just a quilt...I wonder how often the quilt gets washed? Tiles in shower full of scum Half opened milk in fridge Will not be staying here again and will advise friends not to either

Being within easy reach of eureka skydeck and close to federation square. There is a good food option within 600 ft - Conservatory.

Affordable and convenient location close to the airport, just 9 miles away. The furniture is made of plastic, but overall, we had a good time here 😊.

Staff where very friendly and helpful, I forgot too request two single beds for one room but they came back and fixed for us without any problems.

Check in time is a little late in afternoon compared to checking into hotels.

Very convenient and clean and great price for 6 of us.

6 of us meant 2 cars, we were told by Concierge if we could fit both cars on parking bay this would be ok however ended up with a parking ticket because 2nd car didnt have a valid parking ticket displayed.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the Casino and CBD area. I loved being able to explore the vibrant Southbank, with its wide selection of restaurants and shopping options. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, offering great value for money. Additionally, the presence of good internet and a Gideons Bible in the drawer was a pleasant surprise.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Had a great New Year's vacation in an apartment close to the city center. the location was perfect, just a short walk from major landmarks and attractions. the apartment was spacious enough for me and my friends. the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. the air conditioner was well-functioning which kept the apartment fresh during the hot summer days.

the bed linen and towels hadn't been cleaned properly and we had to request clean linens.

Only a block from the Crown Casino and a short walk into the cbd. Plenty of room for six people to stay. Had a library of books and movies to use in the lounge, also games for kids. Small supermarket across the road with a bottle shop in it.

The apartment is in need of a thourough clean. Cutlery draws, cupboard doors etc. Coffee grinds everywhere and a dirty stove top. The iron left marks and the ironing board kept collapsing. One of the old and twisted venetian blinds came out of the ceiling and fell on us. No hot water the first night. This was fixed but the showers are still terrible - no pressure. This place needs some time and money spent on it.

The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. With its prime location, excellent service, and top-notch room amenities, you won't be disappointed.
